Bob (Jason) the Builder

We're kind of maxed on space at our current place. In order to get a bit more storage, Jason decided to build a floor in our attic (and consequently a ladder) so that we could move a few things out of our closets. Of course we had to make sure the ladder was safe, so we sent the girls up to try it out.

Yep! It's safe!

Look at that thing! Jason is all kinds of awesome.

Kinsey noticed some guys moving furniture outside of our apartment. Some had taken their shirts off and she asked me why. I told her that they were probably hot and explained that sometimes guys take their shirts off outside but that girls shouldn't and figured that would be the end of the conversation. But a little while later she saw the guys outside again and said, "Them boys took off their shirts. They're HOT!"

I was telling Jason how well Kinsey was doing learning her colors. I mentioned that she knows the color white. Jason said, "She knows white?" Kinsey, very confidently, broke into the conversation and said "I know white." We just looked at each other. It was her first "real" sentence that she thought up all on her own. She's growing up too fast.
