Big Debut

We took Kaitlyn to church for the first time on Sunday. She ate once and slept through the rest. It was nice to all be able to go together again.

Jason and I just paid $52 to get a dead virus injected into our arms. Kaitlyn can't get sick (well, she can but we really don't want her to) but she is too young for the vaccines so we are doing all we can to keep her well. We do take her out some now, but only when we really need to. Our doctor wanted her away from crowds until she was 3 months old, but now it's flu season. :( We are trying to get her approved for a vaccine for RSV. It has to be given every month and costs $1000-$2000 each time so they only give it children who qualify as "high risk" but it is tough to get it approved by insurance companies. We'll see. So far she is doing great and hasn't had so much as a sniffle. She is smiling and laughing all the time now. She is so much fun!

Kinsey has been talking to me the entire time I wrote this post so I'm not really sure how much sense it makes...sorry if it's a little confusing!
