Easter Egg Hunt

I need to get this blog caught up! We've had a BUSY couple of months. Easter was so fun this year. We had an Easter egg hunt with our playgroup. Kinsey remembered it from last year and was really excited. This was the first year that Kaitlyn really got into it. She had so much fun!

Her hair looked so cute. But she looked WAY too old and it freaked me out so I haven't done it like this since...I want my babies to stay little!

I'm so glad my girls have such fun kids to grow up with! We love our friends.

Easter egg hunts are tiring!

Kinsey noticed some guys moving furniture outside of our apartment. Some had taken their shirts off and she asked me why. I told her that they were probably hot and explained that sometimes guys take their shirts off outside but that girls shouldn't and figured that would be the end of the conversation. But a little while later she saw the guys outside again and said, "Them boys took off their shirts. They're HOT!"

I was telling Jason how well Kinsey was doing learning her colors. I mentioned that she knows the color white. Jason said, "She knows white?" Kinsey, very confidently, broke into the conversation and said "I know white." We just looked at each other. It was her first "real" sentence that she thought up all on her own. She's growing up too fast.
