Thanks to my produce group, I ended up with a
massive amount of jalapenos. Jalapenos aren't like most types of produce, where you can just enjoy it and eat quickly before it goes bad. I decided to can the majority of the peppers, and I also pickled about 4 jars for the fridge.
I'm happy with how they turned out and I probably wont have to buy jalapenos for about 20 years! Come visit me and I'll give you a jar :)
