Potty Training?

Kaitlyn is Kinsey's biggest fan and copies everything she does. Lately she's been asking to sit on the potty like her big sister. It's really quite cute, she pulls her shirt up and walks around saying, "Up please!" until someone puts her on the toilet. I finally pulled out our little potty, and now Kaitlyn can really give it a go. We've had one "success" thus far. Kinsey thinks Kaitlyn using the potty is the greatest thing ever and I figure that if I do things right, I think I can get Kinsey to handle the potty training this time around.

Kinsey noticed some guys moving furniture outside of our apartment. Some had taken their shirts off and she asked me why. I told her that they were probably hot and explained that sometimes guys take their shirts off outside but that girls shouldn't and figured that would be the end of the conversation. But a little while later she saw the guys outside again and said, "Them boys took off their shirts. They're HOT!"

I was telling Jason how well Kinsey was doing learning her colors. I mentioned that she knows the color white. Jason said, "She knows white?" Kinsey, very confidently, broke into the conversation and said "I know white." We just looked at each other. It was her first "real" sentence that she thought up all on her own. She's growing up too fast.
