Differences

I have 2 little girls. 2 VERY different little girls. If I tell Kinsey not to do something, she generally listens. She's always been a good listener. She's never been one to get into things or disobey. She is a pleaser, and loves to help out. She makes friends quickly and can hold her own in a conversation with adults. She has never ONCE gotten into trouble at preschool or in primary (except maybe for talking too much...) That's just who she is. Kaitlyn on the other hand...

Kaitlyn is also a very good little girl. She is so happy, and just LOVES everybody. She can make you feel like the most important person in the world. She is kind to other children and I never worry about her being the "bad kid" when I leave her at nursery, the kids room at the gym, or with friends. She is easy going and easy to like.

BUT. She doesn't have the same obedient nature as Kinsey. If I tell her not to do something, she listens for about 3 seconds (if that) and the goes right back to doing it. If I discipline her, she usually just giggles. She LOVES to get caught being naughty and goes out of her way to do what she KNOWS she is not supposed to do. My friends dad recently referred to her as "little cowabunga" and I think that name describes her perfectly!




After Kaitlyn climbed back into the tub, Kinsey (who was still in there) called out, "MOM! You have GOT to come and see what Kaitlyn did now!"
