Kaitlyn was happy just to sit (!) in her crib and watch her aquarium thing and feel the texture of her crib bumper. She also popped her binky in her mouth a few times.
Kinsey happily played on the floor with her beads. What could be funner than filling up Easter eggs and an empty candy bag with beads for an hour?
Just a side note--see how Kins is sitting? It is called a "W sit." Apparently she does it, and does it easily, because she has low muscle tone. I learned this from Kaitlyn's physical therapist the other day. She was quick to mention that it was completely within normal limits--I'm sure she realizes I don't need to be worrying about the muscle tone of two kids. This is probably one of the major reasons that Kinsey walked so late (17 months) and is still a bit clumsy. She warned me that Kinsey would probably never be a body builder (dang!) but she should be great at yoga :)
Anyways, any good ideas on how to keep your kiddo's happy at the end of the day?

I have the same problem with Owen and Gabe. Sad to say I put them in front of the TV to watch Baby Einstein when I just can't devote all my time to them. But, they do seem to like it! I don't know about an older child though....
Kim,
I LOVE my Mclaren stroller (or pram as they are called to here ;) It fits through and standard door way, is easy to maneuver and folds up pretty small. We have been very impressed with it. We have a twin triumph. They are a little pricey, but so worth it!
